Masquerade

Set in the early 1600s, during the Joseon Dynasty, this story is based on the Monarchy of King Gwanghae (15th King of Joseon), specifically a 15 day period missing from his recorded journals.

This is a really good period drama with some great humor thrown in. Lot's of intrigue, vying political factions, and plots to kill or oust the King.
