1 bunch sweet-potato leaves (about 6 ounces)
1 Teaspoon salt
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Final
Place the sweet potato stems and leaves in the seasoning mix and toss until well mixed.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately or chill and serve within a couple of hours.
